Nina Smith, Esq.

A South Florida native, Nina traveled to the great north (Tallahassee) for college, receiving a bachelor’s degree in political science and social science from Florida State University. Following a stint in the retail printing industry, she attended law school at Florida International University College of Law and graduated with a juris doctor degree. Eventually returning to Jupiter, Nina spent nearly 10 years in more general practice with a small, local (and excellent) firm before opening Nina Smith Law, PLLC.

In the course of this journey, Nina developed a particular affinity for transactional law, finding that practice areas such as estate planning, probate, guardianship, and business matters concerned everyday people living life. These were clients dedicated to taking care of their families, pursuing their passions, planning for their future - and Nina became passionate about helping achieve their goals.

When not at the office, Nina is an avid runner and Wordle enthusiast - and, yes, she wants to pet your dog. She met her husband, Chad, at FSU and they are the extraordinarily proud (and tired) parents of twin boys.
